For the current situation, the team found that there is insufficient amount of data for users to make the decision, by sharing KinRaiDee Line OA with our family and friends. One of their behavior when clicking on the flex message after sending the trigger word was to click on the menu url that we provide. However, we didn't have the menu for each restaurant in our database. Therefore, I have came up with a campaign in which the goal is to obtain menu data from the users instead of going brute force, called "Menu hunting".
