Week 8 - Kao

For this week, the tech team has just been informed of a very bad news. Our server hosting platform - Heroku - is going to stop offering its free tier service in mid-November. This is a dealbreaker since we didn't want any paid expenditures without any income method yet.

I personally reached out to the developer community both within Chula Engineering and externally from Facebook pages to find for alternatives. Most of the choices seems like it is more complicated, so we plan to take some time to address the new learning curve.
