Week 6 - Fu

We eventually settled on Python (flask) as our primary development language and Heroku as our webhook API server. I also created a locationfilter to allow a user to quickly respond when selecting a restaurant location. The function has not yet been fully developed, but it will be launched following our pilot testing phase, allowing the chatbot to be more effective and the display layout to be not too bad when using it in the line group.
