Week 16 - TT

This week, the team went for an onsite survey to validate the pain point of the clothing rental store. We were separated into 2 teams, and I went to the Siam area along with Arty and Nate. We’ve got a lot of insights from 3 different stores, Bchuranway(Siam square soi 3), Glint(Mercury Ville), and La Douce Dress(Siam square soi 9) about how they manage their backend and pain points. We discovered that these stores had some problems in communicating in B2C, and they recommend that if we have a website, it should be able to solve this problem. Furthermore, for convenience in rental stores, we could apply the inventory management system that could help these stores manage the product que and stocks. After obtaining all the data, we came back to discuss our insights and created a lean canvas.
