Week 16 - Arty

Continuing from the last week, we found that communicating with the rental shops online didn't provide us with as much information that will help us with our project, therefore we decided to go to physical stores and locations of rental shops and directly ask how they operate their business and find out their pain points, I was responsible for going to bchurunway and a few other rental shops near siam. In the end, it was very fruitful and we were able to identify some of the key problems a lot of the rental shops have (both online and physical stores) that is the problem of communicating in real-time with the customers.
