Week 15 - TT

This week I was assigned to try to rent a dress from an instagram clothing rental store as our team would like to identify the pain points of a customer who’s renting a clothe. As a result, I have discovered numerous pains that customers have to deal with. Firstly, if a male customer texted the store, they would most likely ignore the customer. Moreover, from my own experience, the shipping system from the store that I rented was horrific as I have to pay all the shipping fees, which is summed up as a new cloth on some occasions. Lastly, the deposit returned very slowly, as of now I still haven’t received mine yet.
