Week 15 - Ohm

This week I gather the insights gain from renting the online clothing rental shop. First, I got ghosted during asking for available clothing, this also happens in many shops I try. I am not sure if this is because of the male profile picture or not, but I feel that this is not male-friendly at all. I also found that it is very hard to find men's clothes for rent. With these insights, we start to see a clearer picture of the pain point of online clothing rental shops from the customer perspective.
