Week 15 - Arty

For this week our team had to look for the pain points or challenges that people that rent clothes from rental shops experience, therefore all of us had to find different types of rental wear shops on different channels and see what they have in common. I was responsible for finding shops on the Facebook platform. From my research, I had discovered that many shops had the problem of displaying the availability of their clothes to the customers and therefore people had to wait for the response of the shop vendor.
