Week 12 - Arty

This week I looked into Cquare’s business model and how it would operate, I had listed out our potential target customers which mainly consisted of foreigners visiting Thailand, who can be put into five different categories: Friends/Family/Solo, Business, Luxury, and Adventure trips. In the end, I had to cut out business, luxury, and adventure travelers, as they most probably have no need for our service, but due to the difficulty of validating the foreign market, our team had decided to try and look into the local market for more potential, now our plan moving forward is looking for competitors in Thailand and interview potential customer in Thailand (People who often takes a lot of photos to post on social media). Other than that I also went and interview the two restaurants our team had managed to contact and was able to gather a lot of insight from them.
